What Is Shoyuzuke?
Shoyuzuke (醤油漬け, literally “soy-marinated”) is a Metro Manila brand of premium, sashimi-grade salmon marinated in a signature shoyu blend and sealed fresh in a can. It is eaten raw, like sashimi — straight from the can, over hot rice, or wrapped in nori — and is available for pickup in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, and chilled delivery across Metro Manila, daily from 10 AM to 8:45 PM.
A unique Metro Manila concept
Shoyuzuke takes a Japanese home-style preparation — fish cured in soy — and turns it into a ready-to-eat product sealed fresh in a can. It is a unique Metro Manila concept and one of the first of its kind locally: sashimi-grade marinated salmon you keep in your fridge and open whenever you like. There is no dine-in; Shoyuzuke is pickup and delivery only.
